New Undersecretary George Foresman sworn in

Undersecretary George Forseman was sworn in Friday, January 20 to head the preparedness directorate of the Department of Homeland Security.  Secretary Foresman was most recently the director of Virginia's homeland security under Governor Warner, and was the vice chairman of the Gilmore Commission, which issued 5 reports over 5 years to Congress and the Administration regarding homeland security and weapons of mass destruction.  Pictured here are Secretary and Mrs. Foresman, Secretary Chertoff of the Department of Homeland Security and Govenor Gilmore, chairman of NCORP.
